We offer free shipping in Pakistan on orders above Rs.3500. Shipping
charges for orders below Rs.3500 are Rs.200. Upon placing an order, you
will receive an automated order verification code (OTP) which you will
be required to enter so we can ensure your order accuracy. Once your
order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, that credit card payment processing can take up to 3
business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
Once the payment is captured via credit/debit card, we will then process
your order ahead. You will be informed via phone or email in case a
shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be
delivered within 4-6 business days via our partner Courier Company.

Please note that we do not accept cash refunds or exchanges without the
original receipt. Garments that are unworn/unwashed can be exchanged
within 14 days of purchase. Exchange for accessories on undergarments
will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons. Further, we do not
offer any exchange and returns on clearance and discounted articles. No
claim will be entertained on previous season stock as well. Any claim
pertaining to the current season will be processed within 15 working
days after quality inspection
